One Centenary Way, the landmark development within Birmingham’s Paradise scheme, has been presented with the RIBA West Midlands Award 2025. This accolade celebrates the building’s exceptional architectural design, innovation, and commitment to sustainability.
Designed by Howells and developed by Argent LLP, One Centenary Way features a distinctive Vierendeel exoskeleton and 3-metre-wide horizontal windows that reflect Birmingham’s industrial and metalworking heritage. The development offers 280,000 sq ft of high-quality Grade A office space.
