Wintech are proud to play a significant part in the development of Kings Road Park; a new residential-led mixed use scheme.
King’s Road Park, a landmark regeneration of the former Fulham gasworks site in South-West London. At the heart of this development is the restoration of the Grade II*-listed gasholder, constructed in 1829, which was once the largest in the world with a capacity of 226,000 cubic feet. The site also preserves other historic structures, including the former Engineering Office and Laboratory of the Imperial Gas Light and Coke Company, dating back to 1856 and 1927, as well as two War Memorials.

As façade consultants for Phase 4, we are contributing to the delivery of 356 new homes across two striking towers, reaching 129m and 90m in height. These towers will not only provide high-quality residential spaces but also incorporate commercial areas, residential amenities, and an enhanced public space.
Our role spans RIBA Stages 2 to 5, offering expert guidance through design development, technical detailing, and the Gateway 2 submission process. Nadha Dawood, Director at Wintech comments, “We are supporting the realisation of an ambitious architectural vision, featuring dynamic terracotta fins and cladding panels, and are excited to contribute to such a significant regeneration scheme”.
