We are proud to have delivered multidisciplinary services for The Mastmaker Village regeneration scheme on the Isle of Dogs, London. The ambitious development, which will deliver nearly 1,000 new homes, has recently secured planning approval and will include co‑living accommodation, commercial space, a community hub, a pocket park and significant public realm enhancements.

The Plymouth Civic Centre, listed at Grade II since 2007, stands as one of Plymouth’s most recognisable post war structures. Completed in 1962 as part of the Abercrombie Plan that guided the city’s reconstruction after the Blitz, it served as a civic office facility for many decades. By 2015 the building no longer met modern office requirements and was vacated, resulting in progressive deterioration.

Moho in Manchester stands as one of the city’s most distinctive modular residential buildings, originally constructed from prefabricated living pods and assembled in the heart of the Northern Quarter. As the building matured, the need for a full façade remediation became essential to ensure compliance with updated fire safety regulations and to strengthen its long‑term resilience.
