Wintech provided a variety of specialist services, including the production of preliminary structural and thermal calculations, as well as providing concept design support.

The Pendleton High-Rise project is one of the largest residential façade remediation programmes undertaken in Greater Manchester, involving nine occupied tower blocks in Salford.
