Wintech have provided Façade Engineering & Design consultancy services on The Prince of Wales Development Phases 1, 2 & 3.
Following the trail of several triumphant ventures with Berkeley Group PLC, this multi-phase development utilises a large variety of construction techniques and materials across eleven buildings, including brick masonry, precast concrete, curtain walling systems, GRC & aluminium rainscreen systems and aluminium windows & doors.
