Regent’s View, a transformative residential development by St. William, is located on the banks of Regent’s Canal in Bethnal Green, London. The project features five faceted buildings that combine contemporary design with historic industrial charm, integrating the iconic gasholder frames into their architecture.

The development’s façade incorporates unitised curtain wall systems, balconies, tension rods, vibrant expanded mesh panels and exoskeletal elements, creating a distinctive and dynamic visual identity.
Wintech has been involved in the project from the concept stage, providing a comprehensive range of façade consultancy services. These include concept design drawings, structural and thermal calculations, specification development, tender audits, witnessing of testing’s, design reviews, and site monitoring services.
