Wintech delivered a variety of specialist services, including the production of preliminary structural and thermal calculations, as well as providing concept design support.
Once the specialist Façade Subcontractor was appointed, Wintech undertook a comprehensive technical design audit of the unitised curtain wall drawings and site monitoring services, to help confirm compliance with the project’s façade performance requirements.


After the collapse of Carillion, Wintech were engaged by Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust to provide additional technical advice.
