Aldermanbury Square is a landmark project design by Eric Parry Architects : an iconic 18-storey tower in the heart of the City of London.

Regent’s View, a transformative residential development by St. William, is located on the banks of Regent’s Canal in Bethnal Green, London.

A landmark since its opening in 1886, the Olympia Exhibition Centre is being reimagined as a global destination for entertainment and culture, with an increased focus on community  and shared spaces.

Wintech are delighted to be part of the prestigious Hemisphere project in Paddington Village, for Sciontec.

The six residential units making up the Riverlight development were designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners.  A façade design and procurement process was developed by Wintech for developers St James Group.

Architecturally inspired by the industrial heritage of the area, Four New Bailey pays homage to its roots.

This project was unique in that outward opening doors were used to projecting balconies.  Whilst this is not unusual in itself, the doors were tested to destruction in conjunction with a range of hardware solutions to mitigate against wind gust damage. 

Designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners, the mixed-use development is made up of three stepped bays varying in height, creating a dynamic skyline.

Wintech have provided Façade Engineering & Design consultancy services on The Prince of Wales Development Phases 1, 2 & 3.

Wintech provided a variety of specialist services, including the production of preliminary structural and thermal calculations, as well as providing concept design support.
