We are delighted that Station House has been shortlisted for the Architect’s Journal Retrofit & Reuse Awards 2025.
This transformative project saw the conversion of four storeys of disused office space above Milton Keynes railway station into 200 modern apartments.

Wintech’s Building Services (MEP) division collaborated closely with X Construct and Scapolan Burney Architects, delivering a fully detailed and coordinated design.
We’re incredibly proud to have been part of this ambitious scheme that reimagines existing infrastructure for sustainable urban living.
