Citylabs 4.0 proudly marks its first anniversary this year, standing as a major milestone in Manchester’s life sciences landscape. We’re delighted that our Façade Engineering Consultancy services played a key role in bringing this landmark facility to life.
Located within Manchester’s Oxford Road Corridor, the city’s world‑leading innovation district, Citylabs 4.0 is a 125,000 sq ft laboratory and workspace facility designed to support the region’s rapidly growing life sciences ecosystem.
