The 49-storey tower will be the world’s tallest octagonal residential tower and will create a stunning new landmark to the Birmingham skyline.

Wintech were appointed to develop a Façade Cleaning and Maintenance strategy for Moselle Gardens, Clarendon Road, London.

The six residential units making up the Riverlight development were designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners.  A façade design and procurement process was developed by Wintech for developers St James Group.

One of the tallest buildings in Birmingham, the Mercian stands 41 storeys tall, providing 481 homes in the centre of the city. The facade pay homage to Birmingham's history, the brass fins showcasing its industrial heritage, while also looking to meet the future needs of this growing city.

Ongoing engineering surveys for a large residential development in Kent included setting out over 450 borehole locations for geotechnical investigation across the site, following some foundation failures.

The site comprises a former electricity works converted into a mixed-use development of 107 homes and new commercial space. The site also consists of warehouses and buildings in light industrial use.

One The Elephant is a development designed to transform a part of Elephant & Castle, comprising a leisure centre and a mixed-use residential tower.

This project was unique in that outward opening doors were used to projecting balconies.  Whilst this is not unusual in itself, the doors were tested to destruction in conjunction with a range of hardware solutions to mitigate against wind gust damage.
