Our integrated Geomatic Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Structural Engineering services have played a key role in shaping the redevelopment of a site on Rabans Lane, Aylesbury.
Formerly occupied by a Sony CD manufacturing facility, the site has undergone full clearance and preparation to enable a new residential scheme for our client, Abbey New Homes. The development, now known as The Spinworks, pays tribute to the site’s industrial heritage while establishing a new, high-quality residential community.
