Built in 1937, Dolphin Square is one of London’s most iconic riverside rental addresses and the largest privately owned single residential block of apartments in the UK.

The architect’s brief for the London School of Economics Centre Buildings called for world-class architecture which reflects its international academic reputation.

Enveloping the unique building, located in Salford, is Europe’s largest living wall which bears 350,000 plants of 32 different species, designed to achieve net zero operational Carbon.

A landmark since its opening in 1886, the Olympia Exhibition Centre is being reimagined as a global destination for entertainment and culture, with an increased focus on community  and shared spaces.

The Millenium Point project  comprises a 6- storey, 975 space car park and adjacent coach park. The car park façade incorporates special acrylic panels which create a ‘light cube’ effect. The varying angles these panels are placed at provide the car park with its striking external appearance.

In Limassol, regarded as the most cosmopolitan city in Cyprus, The Oval took shape and was completed in 2017. 

Wintech were appointed to develop a Façade Cleaning and Maintenance strategy for Moselle Gardens, Clarendon Road, London.

This project consisted of the conversion of 4-storeys of office space above the Milton Keynes railway station concourse and retail areas into 200 apartments.

Architecturally inspired by the industrial heritage of the area, Four New Bailey pays homage to its roots.
