Wendover Woods Visitor Centre was developed as part of an investment programme to enhance visitor facilities within Wendover Woods, one of the most popular woodland destinations in the Chiltern Hills. The project provided a modern visitor hub including café, retail, welfare and administrative facilities designed to serve a growing number of visitors throughout the year.

We provided the mechanical and electrical engineering design for the development, working closely with the design team and contractor to deliver coordinated building services solutions across the scheme. The project included heating, ventilation, domestic water services, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security and access control systems.

The team remained actively involved throughout the construction stage, supporting the contractor and client with technical reviews, commissioning activities and design coordination. Particular consideration was given to energy efficiency, visitor comfort and the integration of building services within the architectural design.
