On the corner of Highgate Hill, London, is the landmark Vantage Point. Reconstruction has significantly improved the exterior appearance of the structure designed by Grid Architects.
Developer and operator Essential Living were appointed for the job of over-cladding the existing façade of the tower and converting the building from a vacant office block to 118 private apartments plus over-cladding the existing façade of the tower. Vantage Point offers phenomenal panoramic views and is Essential Living’s first build-to-rent scheme.

Essential Living commissioned Wintech to provide full Façade Design & Consultancy on this amongst several other Essential Living projects.
