A part of the development of the Old Hospital site in the centre of Edinburgh, Wintech were delighted to work on The Mont alongside Downing and Fletcher Joseph Associates.

Wintech provided a full set of consultancy services from stage 2 to completion on this high-rise residential scheme in the heart of Manchester.

Two Fifty One is a mixed use scheme complimenting the vibrant area of Elephant and Castle, Southwark Bridge Road, London. The development comprises of two distinctive buildings: the 41-storey residential tower and the adjacent 7-storey commercial building.

The Library of Birmingham was designed by Dutch architects, Mecanoo, to house not only the conventional library and archives but also the state-of-the-art gallery space, a recording studio and dedicated spaces for children amongst other things.

Wintech were appointed as Façade Consultants on the Pendleton High Rise refurbishment project, collaborating alongside Pick Everard (Consultant Team Leader, Lead Design Consultant and Principal Designer), Quaysquare Consult Ltd (Construction Management) and the client PTOL.

Confronted with challenges regarding the façade’s composition due to predominately being constructed with combustible timber materials, the decision was made to completely overhaul the façade of Burton Place, including the removal of all windows, sliding doors, balcony and terrace timber decking and timber shutters to all balconies complete with all cavity barriers.

The development required the demolition of an existing 2 storey carpark in a residential area close to an above ground railway line.

The proposed development of the Middlesex University Campus for residential use comprised four blocks of community facilities, were constructed using R.C. floors of 3, 5, 6 and 7 storeys.

efore buildings like Centre Point arose in the early 60’s, London retained a skyline of church steeples and domes. Described as a “1960s architectural masterpiece”, the tower block has been restored from a 34-storey office building that is renowned to have stood unoccupied for several years into 82 luxury apartments.
