The Residences at Marina Gate, Dubai comprise a trio of residential towers creating an invigorating addition to the Dubai Marina skyline. The $1.08 billion project includes towers ranging from 43 to 56 storeys offering spacious, modern apartments and duplex penthouses.
The development includes a base of stepped retails and villas with concrete and textured paint finishes, while the apartment towers above have a glass façade with a lightweight and transparent feel.
The façade of the building is designed as a combination of systems: unitised on the tower and stick on the podium. All floors have Lift and Slide doors and glazed balcony balustrades. A core focus for developers during the planning stage was attention to detail and building from the inside out.
