Ringshall Reservoir in Hertfordshire is a small, below‑ground, covered water‑storage facility constructed in 1858 near Berkhamsted. Commissioned by the Brownlow family of the neighbouring Ashridge Estate, it was designed to supply gravity‑fed water to the hamlet of Ringshall and the village of Little Gaddesden.
Decommissioned in 2004, the reservoir was purchased by our client in 2026, who is now exploring its architectural potential.

The Wintech Geomatic surveying team were appointed to deliver:
- Topographical survey of the reservoir land and its associated access road.
- Laser scanned measured building survey of the reservoir storage tank to produce an accurate and highly detailed floor plan.
- Production of a Matterport virtual tour.
