Tapiwa joined Wintech Group in 2018, bringing a background in architecture and starting as a Trainee Design Engineer. Over the years, he has advanced to a Senior Façade Engineer role, earning a master’s degree and gaining extensive experience in façade design and engineering. Tapiwa now manages projects from design through to construction, contributing to prestigious façade projects.

In his current role, Tapiwa conducts technical reviews, oversees subcontractor performance, and performs on-site investigations, highlighting his expertise in both technical design and practical implementation. He provides a comprehensive range of façade services, including specification development, design audits, technical reporting, factory assessments, and site inspections, all aimed at optimising building envelopes for efficiency and aesthetics.

Tapiwa’s project experience includes high-rise residential and commercial developments. Dedicated to creating efficient, visually appealing structures, he embraces challenges and is committed to innovation in façade engineering.
