Paola Modina is a Principal Façade Engineer and Associate Director at Wintech, with extensive experience leading the design and delivery of complex building envelope solutions across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Her portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Kensington Olympia redevelopment, Two Fifty One, and Peninsula Gardens.

Holding a degree in Building Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and a Master's in Façade Engineering from the University of Bath, Paola combines specialist façade expertise with a broad multidisciplinary understanding of building design and construction. Her experience spans façade strategy, building physics and performance, technical due diligence, design development, procurement, and construction-stage delivery, enabling her to bridge the gap between design ambition and practical execution.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Paola works closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to navigate complex technical challenges and drive projects successfully from concept through to completion. A member of the Society of Façade Engineering, she is passionate about developing future talent, sharing knowledge across the industry, and promoting technical excellence in façade engineering.
