Her work spans major commercial and residential developments, delivering comprehensive façade consultancy from early concept design through to practical completion.

With extensive experience across complex building envelopes, Paola delivers rigorous technical analysis, performance specifications, coordinated design development and clear project leadership. She provides strategic oversight of façade design quality, technical coordination and compliance, aligned with the design intent and the delivery of outcomes that meet required standards and client objectives. Her approach reflects a strong and consistent commitment to quality, safety, and technical excellence throughout all stages of delivery.

In addition to her project responsibilities, Paola holds a leadership and mentorship role within the practice. She supports the development of junior engineers, offers guidance on technical matters, and fosters a collaborative learning culture across the façade team.
