A Registered Incorporated Engineer (by the Engineering Council) and Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, he brings a high level of expertise and professionalism to his role.

Hamaad began his career as a primary structure design engineer, focusing on modern construction techniques. Over time, his interest shifted toward the façade industry, drawn by its progressive and dynamic nature. Since joining Wintech, Hamaad has become an invaluable asset, contributing extensive experience and specialised knowledge as a Senior Façade Structural Engineer.

His expertise in façade engineering plays a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity of Wintech’s projects. Hamaad oversees structural design and performs rigorous calculations throughout various project stages, ensuring façade envelopes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. His work spans all aspects of façade systems, including curtain walling, window framing, cladding substructures, steel framing systems, and glass integration – to name a few.
