David has a strong background in structural engineering, having worked with UK design consultants for over 35 years. He has design expertise in the foundations and superstructure of high-rise reinforced concrete framed buildings, steel portal framed buildings, and traditional low-rise houses in the commercial, retail and residential sectors. More recently, his experience has extended to the recladding of numerous multi-storey buildings in wake of the Grenfell disaster.
