Last week, Wintech’s Design Operations Manager, Mark Voss, presented to our growing Fire Engineering team in-house, and online, on the crossovers between façade design and fire engineering. The session explored typical façade types, the function of key components, and the critical considerations required from a fire‑performance perspective.
Interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing are central to how we work. Our teams operate as an integrated unit rather than separate disciplines, allowing us to bring a more rounded and connected engineering perspective to every project.
This collaborative culture is one of our core strengths, ensuring ideas, challenges and solutions flow quickly and clearly across the business. This coordinated way of working supports smoother project delivery, reduces friction points, and gives clients a consistent and coherent experience.
At the same time, we are structured to deliver complex projects across the built environment, offering the depth of specialist expertise our clients depend on.
By combining our collective knowledge and working collaboratively from the outset, we produce design solutions that are technically robust, efficient and resilient, ultimately delivering greater value, confidence and clarity for our clients.
