Major fire safety remediation works at the Pendleton High-Rise development in Salford have now been completed.
The extensive programme covered nine residential tower blocks and included the replacement of combustible cladding, insulation and fire compartmentation, alongside the installation of new fire alarm and sprinkler systems, delivering safer, more energy-efficient homes for residents.
We are proud to have provided façade consultancy services on this significant project, including investigations of the existing façades, structural assessments, remediation strategies, technical specifications, contractor reviews and site monitoring support.
Delivering large-scale façade remediation across nine occupied high-rise buildings required close collaboration and careful coordination throughout the programme. We are pleased to have contributed our façade expertise to this important building safety initiative, working alongside Pick Everard, Quaysquare Consult Ltd, Pendleton Together Operating Ltd (PTOL) and all project stakeholders.
Led by Dr Armin Berenjian and Paul Snape, our façade consultancy team worked closely with the wider project team, providing specialist technical expertise to support the successful delivery of this complex remediation programme.
