We are proud to share that Eden New Bailey has been shortlisted for New Build Project of the Year and also for the category of Sustainability Project of the Year (UK) at the Society of Façade Engineering (SFE) Awards.

The SFE Façade Design and Engineering Awards recognise and celebrate excellence in façade engineering UK and internationally. To be recognised for these awards is a true testament to the ambition, innovation, and collaboration behind this exceptional project.

Eden is a landmark development in Salford featuring Europe’s largest green wall, setting a new standard for biophilic design and sustainable architecture in the UK.

Wintech provided Façade Engineering Consultancy services on the façade design for Eden, having been engaged by the English Cities Fund. In addition to the living wall, the building is designed to achieve net zero operational carbon, being accredited by BREEAM as outstanding, and possessing an EPC A and a NABERS 5.5 rating (the highest possible) by the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC).

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. We’re proud to have contributed to a building that is as high-performing as it is inspiring.
