With an interlacing red brick façade in homage to Salford’s textile history, Three New Bailey Square is the third office development within the New Bailey masterplan.

One The Elephant is a development designed to transform a part of Elephant & Castle, comprising a leisure centre and a mixed-use residential tower.

This project was unique in that outward opening doors were used to projecting balconies.  Whilst this is not unusual in itself, the doors were tested to destruction in conjunction with a range of hardware solutions to mitigate against wind gust damage. 

Designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners, the mixed-use development is made up of three stepped bays varying in height, creating a dynamic skyline.

Accommodating 121 apartments and retail space, Dollar Bay consists of a duo of crystalline pillars closely paralleling each other; two perfectly balanced crystals from the water’s edge.

Wintech have provided Façade Engineering & Design consultancy services on The Prince of Wales Development Phases 1, 2 & 3.
