A redevelopment of the former Birmingham City University campus, Plots 8 & 9 of the Perry Barr Residential Scheme house 430 apartments.
Designed by Corstorphine & Wright, the vision of the residential development was to create new activity and vibrancy for the area whilst providing much-need housing provision. Both adjacent plots are designed to wrap around a secure central, landscaped, courtyard garden for residents to break out into.
The project used offsite manufacturing techniques to maximise efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
Wintech provided the performance specification including the external façade, brickwork, curtainwall, bolted glass, windows / doors and steel balustrades.
