Wintech are proud to have played a vital role in the ongoing performance and enhancement of 20 Fenchurch Street, affectionately known as the “Walkie Talkie”.

Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, this 160-metre-tall landmark has redefined the City of London skyline with its distinctive curved profile and breathtaking Sky Garden. The tower comprises 37 storeys of Grade A office space, two restaurants, and offers 360-degree panoramic views across the capital.

On behalf of H Properties, our specialist teams have delivered façade and structural engineering services to help ensure the building continues to meet the highest standards of safety and performance. These contributions have included façade performance assessments to address complex design and operational challenges, structural evaluations of critical building elements to ensure long-term integrity under wind, thermal, and live loading conditions, and technical guidance to support compliance with evolving building safety regulations.
