Olga Donica has a strong foundation in spatial and technical design, supported by a BA (Hons) in Interior Design and several years of professional experience as a Facade Access Engineer working on building maintenance and access strategies for complex developments.
At Wintech, Olga contributes to a range of façade access consultancy services, including early-stage access feasibility studies, concept access design, coordination of BMU and non-mechanical access systems, technical drawings, and design development support. Her work focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and practical access solutions that align with architectural intent, construction constraints, and long-term maintenance requirements.
Olga has experience working across commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, collaborating closely with architects, façade consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers. She supports the delivery of BMU systems, davit system, mansafe systems, abseil arrangements, and temporary access strategies, with particular emphasis on risk mitigation, access zoning, and CDM 2015 designer responsibilities.
With strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit and other design tools, Olga assists in the production of technical documentation, access layouts, and coordination drawings. She is known for her methodical approach, clear communication, and problem-solving mindset, enabling her to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary design teams throughout all project stages.
