Natasha joined Wintech in 2018 and has progressed to the role of HR Director, where she leads and manages the full HR function across the business. With a strong academic and professional background, Natasha holds an LLB (Hons) degree, a Level 5 CIPD Diploma and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

She brings broad experience across the entire HR offering, including employee relations, strategic workforce planning, policy development, talent management, and organisational change. Alongside her HR responsibilities, Natasha also oversees IT, Learning & Development, and administrative functions, helping to ensure these support the wider business strategy and operational needs.

Natasha works closely with senior leaders to provide pragmatic, people-focused solutions that align with Wintech’s values and long-term objectives, helping to create a positive, compliant and high-performing working environment.
