With Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering, Kajanan has over a decade of experience in structural engineering, consulting and construction. He brings extensive practical and technical expertise to projects ranging from small-scale developments to high-rise buildings. He is a Chartered Structural Engineer and a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (CEng MIStructE).

His experience spans a diverse range of projects, including residential developments, housing schemes, industrial warehouses, apartments, hotels, and retail buildings. He has also worked on schools, including both new-build and refurbishment projects, as well as industrial-to-residential flat conversions. Kajanan has been involved in projects from concept through to detailed design and is proficient in the use of advanced design software.
