Irshaad joined Wintech following the completion of his degree in Architectural Technology, entering the Graduate Programme and gaining broad multidisciplinary experience across the built environment before progressing into his current role as a Junior Façade Engineer.

Within Wintech’s Façade Consultancy team, Irshaad works across a range of projects from design and construction through to the assessment of existing buildings. His work encompasses design and technical reviews, risk assessment, site inspections and defect investigations, with a focus on developing practical solutions and recommendations. He has worked across residential, commercial and refurbishment projects, developing a broad understanding of façade design, construction, condition and performance.
