Gabriel holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and brings extensive industry experience. Previously he has led the façade access & maintenance consultancy services at Ramboll and prior to this earned extensive design experience with one of the UK’s leading façade access contractors.

Throughout his career, Gabriel has successfully overseen the design and delivery of façade access and fall protection strategies across a wide range of complex projects, from high-rise residential developments to large-scale logistics centres.

Gabriel leads the Façade Access Consultancy discipline, driving innovation and introducing new client-focused offerings such as dedicated Fall Protection Strategy Plans. He continues to evolve Wintech’s façade access services, ensuring excellence in both design and delivery.
