Dimitar has been with Wintech Group since 2021 as a Senior Façade Engineer based in the London office consultancy team, after previously working for Wintech for five years. Dimitar’s responsibilities include the preparation of façade schematic design, technical performance specifications, tender package analysis, design audits, thermal and condensation analysis, site monitoring on major new buildings and condition surveys on existing and refurbishment projects.

Having previously worked as a façade designer, Dimitar holds and MSc in Structural Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia and a MSc in Façade Engineering from the University of Bath.
