We are delighted to share that the Octagon has been shortlisted for the 2026 World Architecture Festival Awards.
As the world’s tallest octagonal residential tower, The Octagon is a landmark addition to Birmingham’s skyline, reflecting a bold architectural vision and a commitment to design excellence.
Wintech has been involved with the project from its early stages, working alongside Howells as façade consultants, our contribution included the preparation of the façade performance specification, participation in comprehensive laboratory testing programmes to validate system performance, and façade auditing services throughout RIBA Stages 2–4.
We are proud to have supported the delivery of a project that continues to gain international recognition.
