Wintech’s team in the East Midlands has expanded its operations with a move to new offices in Market Harborough. Previously based in Corby, the MEP team has relocated to accommodate the company’s growth and support employees with flexible hybrid working patterns. The new office will serve as a central hub, providing a strategic base for Wintech employees nationwide and enhancing service delivery for clients.

Sarah Southgate, Director of Building Services, will lead the new office, bringing her expertise and leadership to this new chapter for the MEP team. She stated, “We have started the year with a big move, and the team is delighted that we secured this new location. It will help us grow our MEP offering to our client base while providing a fantastic workspace for our employees.”

As part of the relocation, Wintech took the opportunity to support the local community by donating redundant office furniture. James Towns, from the Building Engineering Services team, coordinated efforts with Kettering Community Unit (KCU), a charity dedicated to improving lives through education, training, and support for the unemployed, unwaged, and low-income households. James worked alongside the KCU team to facilitate the collection of three van loads of dismantled office furniture, ensuring it could be repurposed and reused by those in need.

This move marks a significant milestone for Wintech’s MEP team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to growth, innovation, and community support. The new Market Harborough office sets the stage for further expansion, collaboration, and enhanced service to clients across the UK.
