Wintech is delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Szwajkowski as the new Director of Civil & Structural Engineering. With over 20 years of industry experience, Adam will lead the team in enhancing capabilities, service offerings, and exploring new growth opportunities within the division.
Adam brings a wealth of expertise to Wintech, with a career spanning in structural consultancy, site management, and manufacturing. A Chartered Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers (CEng MICE), he also holds a master’s degree in Structural Restoration and Refurbishment. Adam’s professional portfolio includes significant contributions to residential and commercial projects, from high-rise reinforced concrete frames to historical building adaptations. His dynamic leadership, exceptional management abilities, and client-focused approach make him an asset to the organisation.
