We were pleased to join the University of Wolverhampton’s annual ‘Meet the Employer’ event at the School of Architecture and the Built Environment, Springfield Campus.

It was an opportunity to meet talented students and graduates, share an insight into life at Wintech and talk openly about what it means to build a career within a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

And with students arriving from 7.15am to meet the team, there was certainly no shortage of enthusiasm.

Our 2026 graduate intake, Ben Concannon and Charlie Baker, joined Yvonne Davies, Head of Learning & Development, and James Smith, Operations Director (Façades), to share their experiences of starting their careers at Wintech.

For us, graduate development is about more than a first role. It is about providing the technical experience, professional support and opportunities to grow that help young engineers build the foundations of a successful career.

We were therefore delighted to use the event to launch applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme.

If you’re looking to take your first step into engineering and want to work on complex projects alongside experienced professionals, we would love to hear from you.

Thank you to Dr Paul Hampton, Andrea Woolley and Nick Owen Williams, and the University of Wolverhampton, for creating such a valuable opportunity to connect education and industry.

Applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme are now open. Find out more and apply via our dedicated graduate programme page.
