Wintech were excited to participate in The QSi’s First Thursday CPD Club on 3rd July at 8:00 am. Wintech Director, Nadha Dawood, delivered a session titled: “Navigating Gateway 2 Approvals to Comply with the Building Safety Act – for New Builds and Refurbishments”
This session provided practical insights into Gateway 2 compliance requirements under the Building Safety Act, with particular relevance to Quantity Surveyors working on higher-risk buildings across both new and existing developments.
