Recently, members of our Façade team put this into practice by leading a guided walk through the architectural sights of central Birmingham, where our new graduate engineers were introduced to several key projects Wintech has contributed to over the years.
Led by Director James Emery, with support from Design Operations Manager Mark Voss, Senior Façade Engineer Tapiwa Kapofu, and Head of Learning and Development Yvonne Davies, the session provided an opportunity for our graduates to connect theoretical principles to practical façade engineering.
