We are proud to have delivered multidisciplinary services for The Mastmaker Village regeneration scheme on the Isle of Dogs, London. The ambitious development, which will deliver nearly 1,000 new homes, has recently secured planning approval and will include co‑living accommodation, commercial space, a community hub, a pocket park and significant public realm enhancements.

Standing as part of the University of Leicester’s Centre for Medicine, The George Davies Centre once proudly held the title of the largest non-residential Passivhaus certified building in the UK.

The Plymouth Civic Centre, listed at Grade II since 2007, stands as one of Plymouth’s most recognisable post war structures. Completed in 1962 as part of the Abercrombie Plan that guided the city’s reconstruction after the Blitz, it served as a civic office facility for many decades. By 2015 the building no longer met modern office requirements and was vacated, resulting in progressive deterioration.
