Formerly a Sony CD factory in Aylesbury, this was a large demolished site for a major housebuilder.

The development consisted of 117 residential dwellings split between a 9-storey block, four three-storey blocks, all above an underground carpark and a further row of 12 terraced houses facing Hillside Road, including canal diversion and associated infrastructure works.

A measured building survey was commissioned for the refurbishment of AutoGlym’s laboratory block.

The development required the demolition of an existing 2 storey carpark in a residential area close to an above ground railway line.

The proposed development of the Middlesex University Campus for residential use comprised four blocks of community facilities, were constructed using R.C. floors of 3, 5, 6 and 7 storeys.
