This CPD provides an insight into the transformation of commercial buildings into residential use in the UK. It is aimed at Project Managers, Building and Quantity Surveyors, and Architects involved in acquisition, refurbishment, and conversion projects.
The objective of this presentation is to highlight the key risks, design challenges, opportunities, and regulatory considerations associated with office-to-residential conversions, supported by case studies. The focus is on achieving practical and efficient outcomes through a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach. The presentation agenda is as follows:
