With a solid foundation in façade and mechanical engineering, complemented by Master’s Degrees in Façade Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Haitham is a Chartered Façade Engineer and a member of the Society of Façade Engineers. He has over a decade of experience in façade consulting, construction, design, and project management.

At Wintech, Haitham has been pivotal in various projects, contributing to site surveys, cladding assessments, design evaluations, risk analyses, thermal calculations, material investigations, specification development, tender evaluations, and multidisciplinary design collaboration, all focused on achieving exceptional façade outcomes.

His experience includes significant roles in the design and construction of complex high-rise structures, notably a 4000 SQM skylight on a modular steel framework. Haitham has also developed quality assurance/control systems, optimized manufacturing processes, and conducted factory assessments.
