A major milestone at Regent’s View has been reached as Phase One’s façade of this landmark development is completed.
Located along Regent’s Canal in Bethnal Green, this RSHP-designed development by St William reimagines the site’s Victorian gas holders, blending modern design with industrial heritage to create 555 new homes.

Wintech has been involved from the concept stage, providing a comprehensive range of façade consultancy services throughout this ambitious project, working closely with St William, RSHP, DDU (Scott Brownrigg) and Yuanda. Its eye-catching and unique façade design combines unitised curtain wall systems, metal balconies, tension rods, expanded mesh panels, and exoskeletal elements, delivering a bold and dynamic visual identity along the canal.
We’re proud to see the first phase come to life and look forward to the continued progress of this scheme.
