James has spent much of his career at Wintech, having originally joined the design department and rapidly progressed through as a Design Team Leader and into the Consultancy Department. It was here James built a reputation for diligence and attention to detail. Erudite and eager to share, James spent 6 years as Wintech’s Technical Director, before assuming the position of Operations Director for the Wolverhampton office in 2021. James brings a calm, collaborative approach to his work, favouring a diplomatic style of leadership. 

James has a Master’s Degree in Façade Engineering, is a Fellow of the Society of Façade Engineering (SFE) within C.I.B.S.E., and currently sits on the Technical Committees of CWCT and SFE. James is an integral member of the company, having worked on many key national and international projects, and whilst his primary role now focuses on the smooth running of our Wolverhampton office, James continues to be ‘hands-on’ with a range of current projects and undertaking expert witness work.
