Beorma Tower Reaches Milestone

Wintech are proud to be part of another milestone for Phase Two of the Beorma Tower development in Central Birmingham, as the first unitised cladding panels have now been installed.
Our involvement in Phase 2 began in 2021, and we have provided a wide scope of services, including writing a full performance specification, tender review, participation in tender meetings, and reviewing of contractors’ proposals.
Operations Director James Smith commented: “We are proud to be involved in this landmark mixed-use development. This material palette and fenestration on this project has undergone significant changes during the formative stages of the façade design, so we’re pleased to see it reach this milestone and we look forward to seeing this new addition to the ever changing Birmingham skyline.”
