Conveniently located close to Heathrow Airport in Hounslow, this development at 785 Bath Road will see the design, construction and completion of the conversion of existing offices and commercial spaces in to 169 self-contained residential apartments.
Wintech’s MEP division are working closely with developer X Construct and architects Scapolan Burney to deliver this complex project, taking the design from concept to fully detailed and coordinated working drawings. The design has to preserve essential supplies to the retained commercial clients on the First and Sixth floors whilst undertaking the wholesale replacement of central plant.
