Wintech were appointed as Façade Consultants on the Pendleton High Rise refurbishment project, collaborating alongside Pick Everard (Consultant Team Leader, Lead Design Consultant and Principal Designer), Quaysquare Consult Ltd (Construction Management) and the client PTOL.
The project consists of 9 high-rise residential buildings located in Salford, Manchester and requires the replacement of combustible cladding and insulation. Full consultancy services are being provided, stage one and two have now been delivered, and stages three and four are now in progress.
