Our one‑year fast‑track graduate programme is designed to accelerate your professional, technical and personal development, offering a series of rotational placements that provide broad exposure across the discipline.
Starting in September 2026, the 12‑month programme gives you the chance to collaborate with and learn from some of the industry’s most experienced engineering professionals. You’ll gain hands‑on insight into projects and develop the specialist skills needed to thrive in this growing field.
